Bill Holmquist

General Partner

Bill founded Holmquist Partners 25 years ago. He is a fully licensed broker in the state of Georgia and enjoys being in the property management and office leasing business. As a resident of Marietta, GA for 30 years, he is very familiar with the local market of both residential and office space, as well as all of the amenities the area has to offer. Bill enjoys helping people find and manage the property that best suits them. He finds it extremely rewarding when his clients are satisfied with Holmquist Partner’s real estate services.

Sara Rynearson

Associate

Bill’s daughter, Sara, joined Holmquist Partners as an Associate in 2020. She grew up visiting her dad’s office and saw first hand the enjoyment he received from helping his clients. After completing an internship at Holmquist Partners, Sara is now enjoying her new role in the company, providing support within residential property management, marketing, and the day to day business operations.
